Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum Bookings
    Selected weekends attract a minimum booking period. Long weekends, Easter etc attract a 2-night minimum with major events such as the June Racing Carnival, basketball and tennis tournaments as well as the Swan Hill Food and Wine Festival attract a 4-night minimum. Minimum booking periods are at the discretion of management.
  • Card Processing Fees Apply

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds
    Full refunds will be given for any cancellation or change of booking that is made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to check in date.
  • Peak Time Bookings
    For any peak booking periods such as the Food and Wine Festival, the Basketball or Tennis Tournaments as well as the June Racing Carnival or any large group booking, a minimum of 28 days’ notice is required to obtain a full refund.
  • Cancellations
    Cancellations or changes made with less notice may incur a charge equivalent to 1 night of accommodation.
  • Failure to Arrive
    Failure to arrive will incur a charge for the entire booked period.
