What is the earliest I can check-in?

Check-in time is from 2pm, please contact us if you require an earlier check-in.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, Our reception closes at 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 8pm Saturday and Subday, but if you are planning to arrive after this time please give us a call to make alternative arrangements.

Do you have off-street parking?

Yes, every room has 1 off-street parking space available.

Do you have Trailer/Truck parking?

Trailers can be accommodated inside our complex dependent on space availability. Alternatively we have adequate safe on-street parking available for Trucks, Buses and Trailers.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Quality Inn Swan Hill are non-smoking. Should evidence of smoke be detected in your room a substantial fee will be charged to your account.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, but it is only open for patron’s breakfast. However, Swan Hill has many fantastic eating establishments just a short stroll away from the Motor Inn. Some restaurants offer a room delivery service and some will also offer chargeback facilities.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes and it’s FREE, a username & password can be obtained from reception during office hours.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a lovely BBQ area set around our pool.

How close are you to the shops?

Located just within the CDB, Shopping and Dining are just a stroll away.

How close are you to Swan Hill Hospital?

We are located a short 800 metre walk, or 2-minute drive to the Hospital.

How close are you to the Railway Station?

The Railway station is just 600 metres away.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (28 days for major events) prior to check in date. Cancellations or changes received with less notice may be charged the full amount for the first cancelled night. If we are not notified of a cancellation (No Show) we reserve the right to charge the entire booked amount.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking, full payment will be taken prior to your arrival. Occasionally we can accept bookings without credit card details (contact us directly to discuss).

Do you have a gym?

No, however there is a 24-hour gym located 800 metres away.

How do you cater for cyclists?

We provide adequate secure storage for bicycles as we do not allow bicycles to be brought into our guest rooms due to potential damage.

Do you cater for Motorcyclists?

Yes, we endeavour to allocate motorcyclists’ rooms close to their motorcycles.
